We performed key design modifications, causing an increase in the heat transfer coefficient by 85%. We determined the flow characteristics of cooling holes with heat transfer equations.- Built an automated 2-D modeling tool for the Compound Die Design leveraging AutoCAD and Python programming language and designed the algorithm using the PyAutoCAD library, reducing the design drafting time of the Compound Die by 99%.
