1. Develop overall Sustainability Strategic direction for the estate and asses its effectiveness towards meeting the corporate goals and strategies Prepare short term and medium to long term Sustainability activity plans and verify/coordinate the budgets for plantation and milling industry.2. Conduct regular/periodic Sustainability monitoring and evaluation in the estate to ensure that performance meets the standards required by the EMS and EHS, Social, Health and Safety Policy.3. Identification of areas of Sustainability concern, advising the Director of critical Sustainability issues and problems that affect the organization and it is operations.4. Assist to regular/periodic Sustainability monitoring following schedule and evaluation in the company to ensure Sustainability performance meets the standards required by the EHS, Social, Health and Safety Policy, EMS, OSHAS, AMDAL.5. Setting up audit procedures so that issues would be addressed before they become problems.6. To monitor and ensure that Sustainability teams and process leaders are striving for continuous improvement utilizing the "plan, do, check, act" (PDCA) process; and that appropriate recognition and accountability processes are in place.7. Advise management and staff on legislative and technical aspects of the identification, evaluation and control of workplace hazards.8. Coordination with Group Manager to assist in the continuous improvement process. These efforts would include initiatives such as maintenance system improvement.9. Report on a regular/periodic basis to the Sustainability on accomplishment, progress of Sustainability program, objectives and targets such Sustainability information relevant to Head Sustainability and Director10. Recommends and assists in the development of solid, useful leading and lagging metrics to monitor the successful implementation of continuous improvement/lean.
