• Follow up with Team for Each buyer on all followings.
• Single point of interface between the customer & the production facility for the smooth functioning and timely completion of project.
• Interacting with buyers & Increasing the share among the existing customers and developing new customers by attending to the customer queries / complaints and promptly addressing them to their satisfaction.
• Developing Samples for buyers with different wash effects as per requirement. Working out costing for all the developments& Preparing T&A for the confirmed styles.
• Receiving the projection qty from the customer and blocking the capacity and confirming the delivery to the customer.
• Rock bottom negotiation will be done on price for raw materials purchase with vendors & timely follow-up.

Always keep an update from customers on the submitted samples and make sure the outcome is same.
