Follow up with Team for Each buyer on all followings .• Single point of interface between the customer & the production facility for the smooth functioning and timely completion of project.• Interacting with buyers & Increasing the share among the existing customers and developing new customers by attending to the customer queries / complaints and promptly addressing them to their satisfaction.• Developing Samples for buyers with different wash effects as per requirement. Working out costing for all the developments& Preparing T&A for the confirmed styles.• Receiving the projection qty from the customer and blocking the capacity and confirming the delivery to the customer.• Rock bottom negotiation will be done on price for raw materials purchase with vendors & timely follow-up.• T&A preparation and transferring full details of spec sheets, product samples, approvals, packing and forwarding instructions to respective departments.• Follow up of critical track path (T&A) and liaising with the cross functional depts. To ensure quality merchandise are through to the customer within the stipulated deadline.• Devising new systems and procedures for the merchandising department for the better efficiency and smooth execution of orders.• Following up closely on the account from development till garment shipment.

SKINS EXPORTAnother part of Job is Also Managing Skins Export division: To being a Manager in Skins export division have to coordinate with internal Leather Manager and Technical team at Tanneries that the required developments from customers are well on time. Always keep an update from customers on the submitted samples and make sure the outcome is same as per their requirements. In case of complaints make sure to solve the problem begin with root cause of same to avoid further errors on same. Organizing tanneries visit for customer and take them for inspection from crust to finish stages of skins.

• Creating and sharing new ideas and concepts for clients.• Studying and interpreting market trends / colours as per the latest forecast.• Identifying client requirements and specifications, obtaining approvals for production samples and to conduct price negotiations to firm up the orders.• Interacting with the clients & keeping them informed on the status of the projects.• Liaising between clients and manufacturers for facilitating smooth sampling process and handling the entire business cycle from quotation to converting the product into an order.• Managing diverse activities like costing of product, sourcing of leather and accessories, daily output, pattern making, correct sizing, quality control and sample co-ordination.• Getting samples made as per the specifications given by client if any order the bulk leather & fur, import accessories if any, source & develop new accessories; update all suppliers, fabricators to ensure delivery within the lead-time.• Corresponding with respective buying houses directly for sampling and production queries.• Follow up with clients for photo samples, sales man samples till production samples and sending bi-monthly reports to them.• Closely involved with production team at each and every step for aesthetic point of view.• Monitoring finished goods before dispatch and conducting quality audits to ensure minimum faults before shipping the garments.• Taking decisions within the given understood parameters to clear the shipments.
