 Responsible for troubleshooting the Decoufle Nano 6 cigarette making machine and Focke 350S Cigarette packing and wrapping line.  Taking care and troubleshooting of Beckhoff IPC, Drives and I/O modules, Lenze drives and Danfoss drives.  Taking care and troubleshooting Donaldson DCE PDRF and CDRF systems. Troubleshooting the Utility equipments like GEN set, Compressor. Spare part planning and execution of new projects. Supervising the job allocated to technicians and guiding them during work. Giving training to newly joined persons.

 Managing activities pertaining to operation & maintenance of a wide range of electrical systems & Packaging equipments. Hands on experience in cigarette Maker, Packer, Wrapper and Boxer machines maintenance.  Supervising the functions of troubleshooting & predictive/ preventive/ shutdown maintenance for identifying areas of obstruction/ breakdowns and reducing machinery downtime to minimum. Attending downtime meetings, planning meetings. Conducting Communication and Feedback Meetings.  Involved in erection, commissioning and stabilization of Greenfield tobacco factory.a. Done Installation and commissioning of Cigarette MAKING machines.b. Done Installation and commissioning of Cigarette PACKING, WRAPPING & BOX MAKING machines.c. Done Installation and commissioning of various electrical instruments.d. Installation & stabilization Dust Recovery Fan (DRF) system. Retrofitting of old electrical panels by new PLC based panels. Worked with OEM engineers during installation. Designing and developing control panels, PLC & HMI programming. Implemented various Energy Saving Projects for cost saving. Also implemented 5S & TPM system. PLC Programming of Siemens PLC’s, FATEK PLC'S and Beckhoff IPC’s. Maintenance and troubleshooting of sophisticated high speed cigarette Making & Packing machine:

Able to do PLC Programming of Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC’s. Looking after the Electrical Maintenance of:• Automatic Furnace which operated on Allen Bradley PLC systems.• Hydraulic Presses and Automatic Conveyors which operated on Siemens PLC systems.• Glama Robots which operated on Siemens PLC systems. Accountable for ISO, System audits, Internal Maintenance audit preparations & necessary technical documentations like breakdown time record, preventive maintenance record, work instruction charts, energy consumption records, consumption of materials and motor history card.  Attending Production as well as Maintenance downtime meetings.
