Leading a procurement organization of over 550+ employees delivering core Integrated Supply Chain process to IBM and 11 other large multinational companies. Function is responsible for contract center, procurement operations, tactical buying and strategic sourcing for North American, European and Asian clients. • Managing a financial budget of $8M+ each year for the center.• Working closely with the Global Procurement Leadership team and driving global initiatives in the Procurement Transformation journey• Delivery according to client value & client experience, measurement matrix / SLAs and financial targets.• Process innovation and productivity improvement are the key responsibilities along with people management with special focus on talent development and career management of the resources on all levels.• Driving Global resource planning for the center, pulling in requirements ahead of forecast in support of the IBM GIE Strategy• Ensuring Process compliance and Audit readiness at all times (Internal and SAS 70)
