Handled all business development, marketing, and tracking of deal flow within the private equity industry, which Gotham focuses on.Engaged prospective clients and expanded business relationships with existing clients, including through in-person meetings, to explore new opportunities where Gotham’s expertise can be applied.Generated over 150 unique business leads with prospective private equity clients, which created significant new business for Gotham in new market areas.

Conducted financial and operations analysis of private equity portfolio companies to maximize profitability. Performed robust due diligence, identified operational improvement opportunities, and successfully executed changes to improve operational and financial performance. SAMPLE PROJECTS:- Implemented margin improvement initiatives at a custom machine tools manufacturer with $50 million in sales. - Reduced material costs by enhanced order processing for a cosmetics company with over $150 million in sales.

Assisted other volunteers and staff with upkeep of animal shelter. Cared for, treat, and socialize with all adopted animals. Also helped potential new owners with the adoption process.

Assisted senior health care analyst and his team in research and analysis of 16 drug companies, including financial modeling, recommendations, and research updates.Conducted extensive analysis of generic injectables drug market and submitted industry report to the senior analyst.Participated in interactions with company representatives, industry experts, and other relevant sources.Took extensive capital markets training comprising of financial statement analysis, modeling, and valuation.

Undertook extensive research and analysis of 14 different companies from different industries in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions and presented recommendations to managements on 11 different transactions with a total value exceeding $120 million. Served as project facilitator of the Corporate Banking team on 3 of 11 transactions.Participated in several transactions including leveraged buyouts, syndication deals, and financing of company’s internal operational needs as well as external business acquisition needs.

Assisted in financial analysis of private and publicly traded pharmaceutical companies. Also attended company analyst and investor presentations and helped prepare reports on such presentations.
