I have held leadership positions in organizations such as Bank of America, ABN Amro Bank, Tata-AIG Life and KPMG where I successfully developed and executed contemporary HR practices and Employer of Choice initiatives. In my consulting experience, I have lead several projects in the areas of organization change, re-structuring, HR processes and systems, competency development, job evaluation, developing and conducting assessment / development centres, compensation benchmarking and re-design.
