I'm a 4th-year Neuroscience student and undergraduate researcher at the University of California, Santa Cruz. My current research focuses on Manganese neurotoxicity, specifically, in terms of adolescent cognitive deficits. I find research to be rewarding and engaging. In particular, I can put my experience working on projects for 3 years to beneficial use in the biomedical industry to solve important health problems.
