I have had the privilege of working with industry giants such as AIA Insurance Lanka Limited, AVIVA NDB Insurance Limited, Eagle Insurance, Dialog Telekom, and Celltel Lanka Limited.My background includes serving Sri Lanka Amy as an officer cadet at Sir John Kothalawala Defence Academy (KDA) and as an English teacher with the Ministry of Education. Since 2010, I have been in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Senior Assistant General Manager / Head of Training at AIA Insurance Lanka Limited, a subsidiary of AIA Group of Hong Kong. I lead the AIA Sri Lanka Academy, the training and development arm of AIA Insurance Lanka Limited.Additionally, I am a visiting lecturer at Wayamba University of Sri Lanka and Sanasa Campus, and a guest lecturer at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and the University of Kelaniya. I also contribute as a resource person at the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers. I actively contribute to the corporate and public sectors as a resource person and keynote speaker on invitation. During my time at Sri Lanka Law College as a law student, I was an active member of the Law Students Union, Buddhist Brotherhood, and Hindu Maha Sabha.
