-Designed a custom mold regarding customer requirements by using CATIA-Collaborated with design, production and quality teams to ensure the molds met the required spesification and quality standards.-Modified and redesigned part inserts (DFM)-Analyzed and optimized both new mold designs and existing tool modifications in order to check and increase their efficency and cost effectiveness.-Overviewed the mold production processes including CNC milling, polishing, mold assembly (chasies, pins, ejectors, lifters, sliders etc.)-Delivered the mold on time, sent new samples and led projects to serial life.-Prepared BOM and sub-parts list of new projects, determined purchasing and in-house made parts, listed process steps.-Feasibility studies of new projects with the design team.-Coordinated modification processes of serial parts and implemented requests of the customers.-Attended to the meetings of new projects with international customers, discussed CAD, CAM and assembly processes of new project tools.
