Current- Material planning and scheduling in line with production plans to ensure a smooth flow of materials for car production.- Ordering materials, scheduling deliveries, and forecasting vendor requirements monthly, fortnightly, and weekly.- Managing inventory levels to meet production targets and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely material procurement.- Handling spare parts inventory and material planning for the engine shop to keep production lines running efficiently.- Managing the transition between different car models and collaborating with the engineering team for end-of-production and start-of-production planning.- Maintaining optimal inventory levels as part of our just-in-time manufacturing philosophy.- Anticipating engineering changes to ensure timely implementation without leftover inventory.- Daily Manpower Handling as per shift Plan.- Receiving Process.- Inventory Control.
