Director Of Grants Management
CurrentThe FQHC Director, Grants Management is responsible for the development of proposals, monitoring, supporting and ensuring effective life cycle administration, grant management, and compliance for grants from federal, state and county agencies and other non-profit organizations. Responsibilities include ensuring comprehensive fiscal management and reporting to grantors. Coordinating with program directors and staff to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of grant and contract agreements as well as assisting program staff in monitoring sub-recipient awards. This position also supports an innovative and growing FQHC QI/QA requirements , supporting the improvement of clinical and patient outcomes through implementation of evidence-based services. This position also provides education, technical assistance, and collaborates with other organizations to optimize clinical practice and improve quality performance.
