With one year of hands-on experience as a midwife, I've gained invaluable skills in providing comprehensive care to expectant mothers and newborns. My role involved offering prenatal support, assisting during labor and delivery, and providing postnatal care to ensure the well-being of both mother and child.Building on that foundation, my two-year tenure in the labor room as a lady health visitor allowed me to further refine my expertise in managing various aspects of childbirth. I honed my abilities in monitoring maternal and fetal health, administering necessary interventions, and offering guidance and support to mothers throughout the labor process.Additionally, during my time as a lady health visitor, I engaged in community outreach programs aimed at promoting maternal and child health, conducting prenatal and postnatal visits, and providing education on topics such as breastfeeding, nutrition, and family planning.Overall, my combined experience in midwifery and labor room care has equipped me with the knowledge, skills, and compassion needed to deliver exceptional care to women and their families during one of life's most significant moments.
