 Trained the new health care professionals certified them for the basic nursing skills. Be the facilitator in the probationary period and help the interns to adjust in the department and demonstrate safe clinical practice in patient care area. Perform the appraisals of the employees and evaluate them on the basis of their performance.  Maintain their credentials and make them updated so that they can be able to perform the duties according to the desired protocol. Develop the Goals and objective of the surgical unit and develop indicators to maintain the hospital standards. Done audits in different medical surgical area to ensure the compliance of the hospital policy. Be an active member in Joint Commission International Accreditation certification and conduct training to increase awareness regarding JCIA. Conduct the rush calls and facilitates the team in handling the patient using the standard guidelines and protocol. Being the member of Root cause analysis of the sentinel event of the hospital and make detail report for the quality team and JCIA members.  Design the modules for orientation, surgical drain handling, stoma, pain management etc. and implement those modules to run the workshops.
