How we live our lives is largely based on the rules and regulations we encounter in our environment, which can facilitate our progress or limit our ability to succeed. I am passionate about policy and development issues and strive to find creative solutions that impart maximum benefit for all stakeholders and end users. My background includes 15 years experience of working with multidisciplinary clients to help strategize meaningful and effective solutions in the area of government and operational policies. My clients include the University of Manitoba, Department of Medical Microbiology & Department of History; and Manitoba Public Insurance. For over 20 years now, I have also engaged with a number of Non-profit organizations to help successfully foster cross-cultural understanding and address issues facing minority communities and women in Canada. I possess strong analytical, critical thinking and communication skills and am recognized for looking beyond the obvious to offer innovative and creative problem solving solutions. I have designed and executed complex research projects for my clients and offered innovative strategies to help them facilitate meaningful and productive change.
