• Responsible for Concept design stage to Final GFC stage working drawings.• Responsible for Tender drawings.• Responsible for Coordinating with PMC and other Sub Consultants.• Responsible for all design issues and interior design on site & other offices.• Directing and co-coordinating the engineers and supervisors team to achieve fixed target without compromising in quality and quantity.• Responsible for Execution as per drawings.• Review the progress of the project against planning.• Attend clients review meetings give them the necessary project information, and clarify any queries regarding the project.

• Responsible for Detailed Shop drawings based on GFC drawings received from Consultant.• Responsible for Execution as per GFC drawings received from Consultants.• Coordination with structural and MEP & PEB consultants.• Coordination with Interior Design Sub Contractor & Nominated Sub Contractor.• Site Supervision.• Responsible for the production drawings (presentation and working drawings) and coordination of concept design (above average ability), schematic / detail design and tender documents.• Coordination with Internal and External Specialized Agencies.• Preparing Monthly Progress Report and MIS & Review and Monitoring work as per schedule. • Managing Site Requirement and Addressing Critical issues at Site Level.• Inspection & Approval of Mock up + Workmanship + Materials• Responsible for resolving Discrepancy between Architectural & Structural & MEP issues in Drawings.

• Working as a project architect, responsible Architectural drawing at all stages.• Provide architectural details and site co-ordination and resolve site issues.• Responsible for involvement for concept, design development, tender stage / execution.• Responsible for coordinating with the concerned in-house for project approvals.• Responsible for preparing 3d models and presentations for client approvals.• Attend review meetings with clients and coordinate with contractors for site progress.
