Designation: CIVIL ENGINEER (CIVIL).PROJECT: AKAR HEIGHTS ( G+9 RESIDENTIAL PROJECT OF 280 FLATS AND LANDSCAPE AMINITIES)Site Management:• Inspection of site works and ensures standard of material, workmanships, quality control of all civil, structural works are satisfactorily achieved in compliance with the contract.• Executing the project on time as per day to day planning and scheduling in accordance with the approved drawing and contract specifications.• Conducting daily meetings with site supervisor and foreman regarding progress of work and to allocate resources for the next day work for its smooth functioning.• Supervised and executed maintenance, renovations, additions, alteration works inside the site as per the client’s requirement.• Management of the allocated resources for the project i.e. labour, materials, equipments etcQuantity Surveying:• Estimating quantities for different items in the BOQ by studying the AutoCad drawings as and when required and preparing subcontractors bill.• Quantity Surveying for material procurement and report the material requirements to the procurement department in order to book/purchase the materials timely.• Preparing bills of all the miscellaneous works in the plant which includes the renovation and maintenance work.Quality Control:• Ensuring the quality of ongoing work as per the quality specification.• Preparing and doing testing of various ongoing works on site.• Preparing test reports and analyzing the results. • Preparing and testing of materials used for execution of work.
