Prepare Bill of Quantities based on the drawings and specifications received from the Design department / from the Client.2. To prepare initial Budget based on the Concept Design and Specifications; to be submitted to the Client for approval.3. To prepare a Bill of Quantities for each Trade separately, prepare all the necessary Tender documents required to be send to subcontractors for Pricing.4. Coordinating with the Head of Contracts and Estimation / Head of Design / Design staff during the preparation of Bill of Quantities.5. To follow up and respond to subcontractors queries related to the Tender drawings, etc. To liaise / check with the respective Designers for the above in coordination with the Head of Contracts & Estimation and the Head of Design.6. To analyse the quotations received from the subcontractors and to give recommendations for awarding the contracts to the suitable subcontractors for each trade, as required.7. Assist the Head of Estimation and Contracts in Pricing the Bill of Quantities to help UDI Management in Pricing a Tender for prospective projects.8. Estimation of Cost of Interior Fit-out works for high rise buildings / hotel projects and any other assigned projects as required.9. Review Variations Order and Subcontractors Claim and perform the necessary actions required to ensure positive flow for payments to be made.10. Preparation of Payment Applications and Certificates.11. Assisting in filing and maintaining all documentations related to QS department activities.12. Follow all QS and Estimation procedures in accordance with UDI's Quality Management system.13. Maintain and update Data base of prices in accordance with the current market rates.

An experienced Estimator in interior fit out work with well experience to review drawings, specification and other tender drawings. Experienced in identifying queries from the tender documents for getting clarifications from the Consultant. Ability to identify proper subcontractors and suppliers from both local and international market to obtain competitive rates.Preparing subcontractor packages & cost pricing.
