About Sumesh Raman

As the Manager of Operations at FK Group of Companies, I oversee all aspects of restaurant activities and ensure compliance to the company's standards and policies. I have more than five years of experience in leading and managing food service operations, including resorts, fine dining, and casual dining establishments.My core competencies include sanitary procedures, food and beverage costs, staff training and evaluation, customer service, security and safety, and inventory and supply management. I collaborate with corporate staff and distributors to purchase and order the required supplies and products, and I respond to customer feedback and complaints effectively. I also conduct regular interviews, orientations, and performance reviews for all restaurant staff, and I design strategies to increase sales, reduce labor costs, and improve food quality. My mission is to provide excellent dining experiences for our customers and a positive work environment for our employees.
