In my role as an Associate Product Manager at Elixr Labs in Kochi, Kerala, India, I have been instrumental in leading a Scrum Team as a Product Owner for a new Telemedicine and Telehealth platform. o Working as a Product owner and leading multiple development teams for a multinational consumer credit reporting agency project. We are in process of migrating data and applications from our On-premise systems to Google cloud environment aligning with all financial security guidelines (ETL).o Define and configure dataflow, create regular and historical pipelines to load large size data to big query tables. Follow standard data encryption methodologies and configure GCP bucket to store the project data in cloud.

o Ability to go detail into customer requirements and extract functional details.o Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the product vision and the product concept. Understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.o Conduct interviews with the end users and define user Persona.o Define and Prioritize the Product Roadmap which aligns to the overall vision of the product.o Articulate the product requirements and present it. Writing in depth user stories and acceptance criteria.o Visualize the User Interface of features, suggest the challenges in usability and provide suggestions to UI/UX teams.o Translate Product roadmap into well-defined product requirements by documenting epics, features, user stories & acceptance criteria to ensure that they are clearly understood by the development teams.o Work closely with Scrum teams to perform the detailed estimation.o Use tools like JIRA/Azure DevOps/AHA for effective Project Management. Attend all project scrum ceremonies for effective communication.o Own and maintain product backlog and product feature prioritization.o Work with Software Development, Quality Control / Testing, UI design teams during product development sprints to make sure the development is aligned with the requirements.o Review and sign off the sprint outcomes in Iteration Review meetings and perform User Acceptance Testing.o Provide regular system demo to different stakeholders to ensure transparency.o Organize, perform and participate requirements workshops in COP meetings to share information, improve team skills on their domain knowledge.o Participate in SOS/Coach Sync meeting on regular basis to capture/share overall release status and dependencies.o Participate in CAB meetings with stakeholders. Review and approve CRs with priority defined and set release plan for the CR.
