After a successful India stint as the Finance Leader for Hitachi Consulting (HCC) India , in 2017 I was tasked with a challenge of a business transformation for HCC Asia Pacific (APAC) as its APAC Finance Leader . APAC was into high losses post a merger and acquisition which was not giving us the desired synergies and financial results . In the region , partnered with the SEA Leadership team , provided the roadmap with strong financial controls, ran the post merger integration for top line growth and bottom line profitability using Budgeting and Revenue Forecasting Tools , continuous stakeholder engagement , reviewing the performance of the business vertical by countries therein and also working together on areas to ensure commitment to forecasts / budgets. The overall turnaround took 3 years of great determination from a very passionate team all across and the region was brought back to Profitability in 2019.

Led team of 16 professionals across 3 locations, in charge of country finance operations to establish strong finance control processes and policies across Hitachi Consulting, India. Spearheaded top line and bottom line strategy for growth, including preparation of annual budget, service offerings, implementation of financial systems and controls, and headcount planning, with objective of guiding timely informed business decision to meet P&L Plan.
