Direct a workforce of over 130 in providing Document Solutions (Fuji Xerox & Ricoh) to more than 15,000 SMEs and Corporate clients across the Klang Valley.Established printer, plotter & software solutions business to the company’s portfolio which was on MFP hardware only.

Led a team of 120 engineers and managers in developing the next generation computer systems for desktops and laptops. Managed teams of various engineering disciplines for a complete design from idea incubation to realization: Signalling, Power Integrity, EMC/RF, Thermal Mechanical, Package and System Design, Architecture focusing on Atom and desktop ownership. Great cross-geographical stakeholders management in cultivating and sustaining collaboration between Malaysia, Taiwan, China, India and US engineering teams and leverage global support to strengthen the local team capabilities.

Led the engineering teams in designing the challenging efficient power delivery system for computer system via the state of the art Intel CPU with focus on the ultra slim next generation notebook. Collaborated with counterparts from US and Asia while provided comprehensive support to computer makers/customers from Taiwan, China, Korea and Japan.
