I am a qualified dental nurse registered with the GDC. I started training back in 2018. I have previously been trusted with the responsibility of head nurse. I enjoy nursing for both General dentistry & Minor Oral Surgery (MOS). My last role as MOS treatment co-ordinate involved communicating with patients to plan & arrange their appointments. My role was to take patients step by step through the MOS referral process, from when they are first referred to ongoing post-operative care. Patients can rely on me to throughly explain their procedures. I also take the time to reassure patients prior to their appointments & offer alternative treatment for them to consider. I worked an administrative TCO role for a couple of years now but I have decided to step back into a nursing role & enroll onto a sedation course
