• Maintaining Landlords account and all Property Management services• Ensure timely receipt of rental incomes, brokerage commissions • A/C Receivables Management - Monitor and follow up receivables of lease rentals & VAT dues of tenants• Managing the bank accounts, Inc. bank reconciliation & extensive PDC management• Processing monthly property-related expenses for payment purposes• A/C Payables management Inc. preparing/issuing cheques, TTs & accounting entries• Periodic reconciliation of trial balance• Cash flows forecasting• Monitor owner's funds' availability for drawings etc.• Records of maintenance aspects of the properties Inc. long-term supplier contracts• Value Added Tax Accounting Inc. Tax Invoicing & FTA VAT Returns• All Documentation aspects of the above areas of responsibility• Other Accounting Duties & responsibilities may be delegated from time to time• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year-end closure of accounts.• Review construction budgets, investigate variances, and keeping track of payables.• Prepare various monthly MIS reports• • Banking and Petty cash management• Assisting auditors in the finalization of accounts.• • Rent collections and management of accounts• • Responsible for statutory requirements like AML, VAT, etc.• • Monitors and analyses department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Accounts: • Run the Finance department in such a manner that the company is more profitable.• Preparation of Debit Notes & Credit Notes • Preparation and Maintain of various accounts like Purchase account, Sales account, Journal account, Stock account, Receipt and Payments, Balance account, etc. • Leading & supervising the Accounts Department.• Checking and verifying day-to-day activities of the accounts department.• Petty cash management.• Bank Reconciliation.• Check the accuracy of invoices and payroll transactions preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements reports. • Preparation of financial reports.• Planning purchases based on market demand and customer requirements.• Local and interstate purchase management.• Import coordination.• Employees expense claim settlement.• Debtors and Creditors management.• Outstanding payment collection.• Auditing Related Works. • Cutting expenses in a legal way.• Budget preparation.• Cash flow management.Taxation:• Reducing taxable income.• Preparing sales tax returns (VAT) on a monthly basis.• Income Tax Calculations.• Service Tax.• Preparation of excise duty.• E- Filing returns.HR & Administration• Maintaining the attendance register of all staff.• ESI and PF Calculations and Filing.• Payroll Processing.• Incentives and increment calculations.• Recruitments.Sales • Updating sales figure to sales staff on a daily basis. • Handling customer queries via email and phone.• Supervising the sales quotations by the team.• Ensuring timely supply of items on closing the sales deal. • Setting up dealership agreements with new agencies.• Responsible for team development, communications, sales, profit, and cost control management. • Supporting the sales & operation staff. • Conducting sales meetings.
