I joined Space Cloud at a time when the service needed a new leap. I led a project to rebuild the existing Web and mobile apps from scratch, and experienced the process of the service's birth and growth. I analyzed the existing product, collected needs through customer interviews, and designed a renewed version. This was a time when I grew as a planner with a balance of micro/macro perspectives for one year until the release, and I did not miss the growth of the business perspective by also taking responsibility for service operation. In particular, I have experience in service planning specialized in B2C2C.At Kakao Enterprise, I gained experience in service planning and PM for business tools. I mainly handled the planning for strengthening the service of the business messenger Kakao Work, and participated in the planning work from the initial concept design of the thread-type communication tool Work Board to the opening, and improved Kakao Work as a business platform to accommodate more forms of communication. As the PM of Work Board, I am currently leading internal and external requirements and improvement tasks, and I am performing 10-11 deployments per year.
