After many years at Credit Guarantee Insurance Corporation of Africa Ltd, I decided to pursue an opportunity in broking and joined Alexander Forbes in 2007. This allowed me to further broaden my already impressive skills as a Senior Specialist and provided clients with my unique insight into the inner workings of an underwriter. The opportunity at Alexander Forbes proved quite fruitful as it saw me promoted to Divisional Manager of Trade Credit. Under my tireless effort and passion for superior client delivery the division not only grew but the level of client satisfaction was clearly demonstrated in the strong client relationships that developed as well as the retention ratios for the division.
