In my 2 years of experience as an Officer, I have worked with two teams in the Operations department of the bank; User Access Management and Projects and Service Quality Team. My roles includes; * Creation/Modification and Disable of users from 20+ bank applications on a daily basis.* Responsible for the entire UAM lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) of an of an employee. * Handles issues related to single Sign-On, Role Based Access Control applications.* Offers robust analytical skills and knowledge of data analysis tools such as MS Excel (e.g. pivot tables, etc.)* Handles major applications like AD, FIS, IDAM, Bankers Realm.Net (BR.Net), Zimbra. * Compliance to TAT; Timely response of tickets raised at clientele portal (E-web; an in-house application).
