• Manage and support multiple Quality Engineering teams responsible for delivering new features and enhancements across multi-platform application landscape• Monitoring customer quality metrics and looking forward for proactive steps to implement resolutions and restore acceptable levels• Engage with customers to discuss business needs and explore opportunities.• Support, guide and coach team members on their professional growth • Resource planning and supporting the team on resolving the impediments• Stakeholder management for various streams and resolution of impediments

• Resource planning with team Expansion across various locations per customer requirements• Supporting team members and building next layer of leaders owning key projects streams (operating in Agile) and though working as a team for the product monthly release (operating in Waterfall)• Support team with cross functional and technical capabilities to analyze and guide on complex data configurations for key applications • Ensuring delivery within given parameter & tracking of Key measures and SLAs with monthly reporting• Review Estimations, Test Plan, Test Coverage • Stakeholder management for various streams and resolution of various impediments • Identification of risk and implementing measures to mitigate the same• Identify and improve automation across applications

• Release Management for every alternate release it includes: o Estimation for Projects & Resource planning o Regression coverage planning o Coordinating with Onshore leads on the Daily Status updates. • Identification of areas for Automation on the new projects assigned • Release handoff to UAT and relevant stakeholders• Driving key initiatives End to End and suggesting ways of improvement in user experience during the course of execution• Supporting Lead on various activities team management and timesheet reporting• Supporting to stabilise Performance Testing based on the E2E knowledge

• Responsible for receiving transition and onboarding of applications • Understanding business requirements and creating high/ low level scenarios based on the requirements • Preparation of Test Plan, Test cases, execution, bug reporting, Test Closure and status reporting to relevant stakeholders• E2E Testing on projects with Multi system impact
