Preparation & review of monthly Receivables & MIS and submitting to the management.Handling the price revision for DPCO/Non-DPCO products & other compliance work related with NPPA.Looking after the business support activities like approving credit limit extention, rate approval, credit notes.Processing CFA expense reimbursement, CFA/LA commission etc

Taking care of daily collection of customers, creation of virtual account & also looking after the payment processing to the customers like refund etc.Extending credit limits to the customers, taking care of credit limit initialization, payment follow up, monitoring receivables.Processing credit note for channel partner’s incentive, schemes etc. & mapping of channel partners for e-payment.Handling monthly closing activities, submission of MIS and taking care of audit related work.

MIS reporting for zone i.e preparing report as per requirement from HO andsubmitting the same to management.Vendor & customer master creation, entering credit limit and punching daily consumption in SAP for zone.Handling bills payable and bank payment in SAP. Also Periodically vendor clearing and ledger scrutiny.Preparing monthly financials, other related  reports, assessment details for I.T,  quarterly uploading TB in Hyperion and assisting in auditing work.Looking after the debtors management i.e preparation of reports related to debtors, review of outstanding.
