• Operation and maintenance of 90 M3/hrs (2R + 1S ) DM Plant at 2X600 MW RGTPP, Kheder (Hisar) Haryana.• Process Instrumentation: RTDS, Thermocouples, Level Sensor, Flow sensor Inductive / capacitive Proximity Sensors, Photo electric sensors, Relays, Contactors, Thermal overload relays. • Pneumatic Equipments: Solenoid Valve, Actuator, Positioner , Gauge , pressure Transmitter.• Calibration Silica Analyser, Conductivity & pH meter.• Operate the CPU ( Condensate Processing unit ) & process. • Motors/ Starters/ Control Circuits: Induction Motors, Stepper Motor, Star Delta Starters, DOL Starters, VFD, interlocking circuits, panel Wiring of pneumatic and electrical.• Maintenance of control valves, on-off valves, field instruments, and Analyzer, control panels, Scada system.• PLC Handled: Allen Bradley PLC with Rockwell Automation SCADA (RS VIEW32).• To Analyze problem during process and takes corrective & preventive action.• Trouble shooting of measuring devices.• Daily Reporting to section head for various aspects of maintenance and operation.• Generating records preventive maintenance and major breakdown.
