 Primary contact for Internal, Projects and Clients pertaining to solutions and needs from IT Perspective. My responsibilities include Procurement, Helpdesk & Vendor SLA Management, Conducting Technology UAT, Change Management and Program Management.  Work in Asset Management tool to track assets and analyse Data. Conduct inventories and reconcile all technology assets with current IT Asset and financial databases. Optimize asset control and inventory management processes to track accountability identification, location, maintenance, contracts and lifecycle. Develop, implement and refine asset management processes and procedures. Expert user of Asset Management tools to track assets and analyze data. Perform Periodic Analysis and Report reconciliation, aging and refresh status for IT Assets to LT. Participate in procurement activities (Operational Expense and Capital Expense) and negotiation as required.  Process, Track and Receive Capex and Opex shipments. Effectively manage asset disposal agreements. Disposal of aged assets in compliance with India regulatory policies such as De-bond/IUT, SEZ/STPI Norms.
