• Responsible for design of technical solutions related to multiple specializations for customers with the objective of increasing revenue, profitability and market competitive.• Ensure solutions provided meet customer requirements with the objective of ensuring design and delivery of complex solutions. • Work with the sales team to jointly assess customer requirements. Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency, scalability and economy and drive related initiatives.• Leads a team of solution architects.• Anticipates and identifies complex business needs and recommends solutions to moderately complex problems.

• Build long-term relationships with a strategic set of target customers.• Understanding the customer business needs through planned workshops.• Help the team create prototype model for solution based on understanding of customer requirements while ensuring the bid remains competitive• Provide Solution and design for Tata Communications Business Collaboration, Network Services, Managed Hosting & Data Centre and Managed Security Services• Provide solutioning support to sales teams for specific large complex deals• Provide training to internal and external customers on products, services and solutions.

Major Responsibilities:•Responsible for scoping and designing Cisco Unified Communication, Collaboration, Cisco TelePresence ,Cisco Contact Centre, Microsoft Lync2013 Core Infrastructure and Lync2013 Enterprise Voice Solutions incorporating Voice, Video, Conferencing, Presence and Contact Centre Solutions. •Lead customer requirements gathering and scoping for all Orange Solutions on every opportunity.•Understand all collateral relating to customer opportunities including RFP, RFI, SLA, compliance, pre-qualification etc. and develop a “smart design” to meet these requirements.•Work in collaboration with the sales team to build, present and sell the business/technical case for relevant Cisco Collaboration, TelePresence & Contact Center products and services.•Establish and maintain relationships with key client personnel, developing a trusted advisor role.•Delivering value-based Customer presentations and participate in customer meetings as required.
