• Industry Partners’ Construction Site Operations Management:Led comprehensive engagement with key site personnel, including safety managers, site managers, and contractors, fostering strong ground-level partnerships across 50 sites in 10 districts of Maharashtra, Karnataka, and Ujjain (MP) which led to more than 3000 unique migrant workers’ enrolment in various social security schemes & safety nets.• Program Design & Implementationo Planned and executed timely site visits in collaboration with account management and program managers for effective project monitoring.o Crafted budgets and activities aligned with donor and client requirements, ensuring they met on-ground needs to support the maximum number of workers within time and fund constraints.• Partner Reporting:o Co-created data and narrative reports with account managers, capturing field insights, successes, and challenges comprehensively.o Ensured thorough documentation of field insights and escalated critical challenges via the account management team to appropriate partners.

Migrant Resilience Collaborative #MRC is the largest collaboration of non-profit agencies, philanthropic and CSR institutions, and industry in India which is working across 97 districts for supporting vulnerable migrant labourers to access social security.As Sr State Lead of destination districts in Maharashtra state, I was responsible for operations in Mumbai City and suburbs, Raigad, Thane, Pune, and Palghar districts.• Operational lead for six districts & 17 migrant resource centers of Maharashtra designated as ‘destination districts’ in the Migrant Resilience Collaborative (MRC) program, which is currently India's most extensive CSR program. • Smoothly handled overall operations in the state for the targeted activity of social schemes & entitlements applications and delivery, as well as managing the administration for 17 migrant resource centres, recruitment and capacity building of district-level team members, budget management, donor communication, monitoring the KPI progress via tech platform etc. Under my leadership the state team of 130 people delivered more than 1,80,000 migrant workers’ enrolment in social safety nets. • Delivered liaison with relevant state and district government departments – Labor Department, Food and Civil Supplies, and legal bodies - SLSA & DLSA for timely delivery of worker welfare schemes and provisions and securing cooperation for field action.• Conducted regular communication with industry partners for a well-coordinated activity of worker welfare at their construction sites – Godrej Properties Limited, Tata Realty, Mahindra, Kumar Properties, Rohan Builders, Rustomjee etc.

Continued in my previous role but in the new organisation, which received the contract for monitoring and evaluation after the recommendation of railway officials whom I worked with.Attaché to the National High-Speed Rail Corporation’s Mumbai office for monitoring & evaluation, ensuring the smooth and transparent delivery of social safeguards for land acquisition in the Mumbai Ahmedabad High-Speed Railway project (bullet train) as per the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.Finalized the lists of more than 700+ land and structure-affected persons along with the NHSRCL and Thane District Administration – Rehabilitation Office.Due to personal health issues, I had to end this abruptly.

● Attaché to the National High-Speed Rail Corporation’s Mumbai office for monitoring & evaluation of the land acquisition process and social safeguard delivery in the Mumbai Ahmedabad High-Speed Railway project (bullet train) as per the RFCTLARR Act, 2013.● Field verification and finalisation of 1100 + land plots and 400 + residential and commercial structures for acquisition in 20 villages in Thane district. Re-verification was conducted with the Thane Rehabilitation office.● Worked coherently with the NHSRCL and Thane Rehabilitation Office and guided the implementation partner agency’s field team on a time-to-time basis.● Prepared and submitted 15 monthly progress reports. I also contributed to the quarterly and annual reports submitted to the NHSRCL and Japan International Cooperation Agency.

Due to family responsibilities, I worked part time as Freelance Researcher and Editor. I have conducted research on educational status of migrant children in brick kilns, violence against women and scheduled castes in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh, designed survey schedules on nutrition. I have also done L1 to L3 editing of academic papers, and translation between Marathi and English languages.

• Worked on enhancing the educational status of rural poor children through coaching program of the ‘Swabhiman Shikshan Kendra’ program in the rural parts of Buldhana district of Maharashtra.• Assisted the program team through regular field visits, documentation in the 15 villages where coaching centres were set up in scheduled caste neighbourhoods. More than 200 students in primary and secondary level benefited from this initiative.• Through close monitoring, the quality of coaching, student attendance, and parents’ interest and engagement were improved.
