For its creation not only sales but also requirements engineering activities take place Pre-RFP- Finalize Requirements. RFP- Attend Pre-Bid Meetings for Tenders  Modifications to RFP. Proposal- Prepare Proposal as per RFP and tender guidelines. Post RFP / Tender- Customers Visit, Demo of capabilities, Evaluations.
