• Effectively managing the overall Front Desk daily operations. • Handling Check-in, Check-out • Cash handling such as foreign exchange, cash against card, cash against room etc., and maintaining cash float• Performing close-out tasks & paper works for night audit.• Maintaining High-Balance for long staying guests• Printing all the necessary reports for various outlets• Handling EDC machines including batch close• Passing Allowances & Discounts for the in-house guest• Co-Ordinating with House-keeping for assigning of rooms for all the arrivals of the day• Preparing C-form for all the foreign guest on a daily basis• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming.• Reporting to the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager.

On job training in all major departments Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B Service, Food Production, including Sales and Marketing. A brief overview about the hotel operations.
