• Follow the complete recruitment cycle starting form the requirement till joining of the candidate.• Responsible for sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame.• Worked on the different Job boards including: Smart recruiters, Indeed, Simply hired, Ladders.• Also responsible for account management.• Worked on the VMS like Covendis, Beeline, CAI.• Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.• Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Team Manager.

• Involved in Recruitment cycle understanding the requirements, sourcing the resumes, identifying, recruiting, screening, negotiating, submitting candidates to the client, scheduling interviews, making offer.• Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.• Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates through job portals like dice, carrier builder, and monster and networking sites like LinkedIn.• Responsible for market research and analysis.• Speak to the employers of the consultants on the billing rates and finalize the issue.• Pre-Screening of potential Candidate in terms of qualification, work experience, previous references.• Maintaining the database of all the Consultants and Employers.• Gathering information about candidates (Work experience, present and expected pay rate , location/relocation information, work authorization status, Notice Period, availability for the interview, and motivation factors, etc).• Negotiated pay rates from the candidates and obtained commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.• Prepare resume for presentation to clients. • Taking a Preliminary round of interview so as to judge the communication and the abilities of the candidate before submitting to the client.• Scheduling and coordinating interview for the short-listed candidates.• Maintaining healthy relationships with candidates from their hiring till separation and post separation as well.• Developing and maintaining vendor network.• Performed technical interviews, reference checks, coordinating online tests and scheduling phone interviews with the client• Handling the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle including the source, screen, submit, and scheduling of interviews.• Performed recruitment tasks by applying the policies, rules and procedures of the organization.• Making data base and excel sheet to update the work.• Working with Tax terms like W2, Corp-Corp, 1099.
