Key Responsibilities:Working as a part of the flagship ‘Relay’ team, first of its kind innovation in the world. I involved in managing end to end responsibility of shift operations of Prime. I work closely with all the other functions to ensure complete ownership in managing the operations.Taking care of all maintenance related activities of a fleet of 3000 vehicles.Fleet planning for the indents and ensuring the availability of the fleet at the Client Warehouse at promised time.Coordination with the team for vehicle placement at client warehouse for loading, Transit, and unloading.Planning for regular Pre-Inspection (PI) and Schedule maintenance (SM) of vehicles at different locations over PAN India location.Maintain MIS metrics, Dashboards and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.Responsible for meeting the Service Level Agreement by continuous follow-ups from the ground team.
