Continuously improve farm yield through implementation of process, labourer & crop improvements. Source outside vendors for crop protection applications & equipment repair. Maintain farm inventory of equipment, supplies and make purchase decisions. I was responsible for sales channel for a district. I was handling 10 distributors and 110 retail shop.Also coordinating with marketing team for farmer meetings.
