1.  Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing.2. Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;3. Undertaking regular salary reviews;4. Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;5. Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;6. Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;7. Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff;8. Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers9. Administration of all Contract Labor.10. Conducting various welfare activities.11. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.12. Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.13. Check travel and tour expenses & contractor bills and record in relevant software’s for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts.

 Coordinating with the various vendors of the company related to the samples.  Managing various types of data and preparing various types of Management and Daily reports, required for the function of the company (in MS-Excel and in MS-Word format). Independently making the Weekly, Monthly analysis report.  Taking care of preparation of samples and login in BV lab software

Coordinating with the various vendors of the company related to the material supply. Managing various types of data and preparing various types of Management and Daily reports, required for the Production Planning Control (PPC) function of the company (in MS-Excel and in MS-Word format).Independently making the Weekly, Monthly analysis report & Kit Order analysis report required for the utility areas.Upkeep and maintenance of Plan Clearance thereby enabling the successful Volume Planning both in the long term and the short term Weekly Downloading and uploading of Parts List, Order Files and Order Confirmation files.
