In my various roles, I have been involved in diverse work experience in Sales, digital fintech partnerships, credit, product launches and management, digital initiatives, corporate strategy, business alliances, Collections and Credit Control etc.Since September 2019, I have been involved in scaling up Fee Financing NBFC – Neev Credit Ltd. Neev Credit is a new age start up aimed at enabling education by making it affordable for the students. We aim to disrupt the fee financing industry by reducing inefficiencies in the lending process as well as ensuring higher cash flows for our Tie up Institutions. Responsibilities:• Managing business operations end to end. PL responsibility• Manage a team of Functional Heads in the Company• Lead multiple functions such as Credit, Sales, Collection • Liaising with Partners like Fintechs, Banks, NBFCs and Credit Bureaus• Responsible for new initiatives, strategic alliances and partnerships• Build distribution - B2B and B2B2C• Develop an understanding of customer segments and work on new product development• Strategize and pilot products to drive future growth• Lead strategic alliances for Co-Lending and BC with other FIs• Responsible for digitalization of various tasks in the Company• Review of Company Policies - HR, Statutory, RiskStrengths & Exposure:- Core lending products & system enabler products- Portfolio control & monitoring and Business analytics- Credit Risk & administration, Underwriting & Policy framework- Development of Digital underwriting platform for auto processing with 3rd party financial data-source integration, processing of alternate data using data-driven learning algorithms, Credit decisioning- Development of rating models & framework for pre-approved loans- Ecosystem based alliances for quick scale up - Collection Strategy, Fraud detection & controlI enjoy building businesses from the ground up and have a knack of executing strategy with a keen focusing on the big picture.
