As the Energy Specialist, I oversaw Akelius’ North American portfolio of over 250 apartment buildings in Canada (Toronto and Montreal), and the United States (New York, Boston and Washington DC). My primary duty were the reduction of energy and water usage across the portfolios with the assistance from regional construction, and property management teams.
