With a Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from KPMG and over 10 years of experience in product strategy and management, I lead the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that enhance customer and consumer engagement, optimize sales and marketing processes, and drive revenue growth across the sector.Before joining Mars, I was the Product Lead for Sales and Marketing at Pernod Ricard, where I set up different products and platforms that transformed the way we interacted with customers, consumers, and commercial teams, using cutting-edge digital trends and technologies. I also managed the global product strategy for Royal Enfield, where I successfully launched the new 650cc Twin cylinder motorcycle in multiple markets, generating over 15,000 bookings within 15 days and increasing the sales of accessories and motorcycles through e-commerce. My mission is to leverage my product expertise and digital trends knowledge to create value for the customers, consumers, and stakeholders of Mars and the FMCG industry.
