 Responsible for planning, implementation, and monitoring of multiple projects deliverables (Self Help Group+ & Kisan Vikas Samiti management, Solar based group irrigation installation, Natural farming through group enterprise, Environmental awareness programs, Livestock management through cadre development) across 13 panchayats under various CSR supported projects (Axis Bank Foundation, John Deere India). Led a team of 15 for a climate resilient-agriculture project in Hajipur, Bihar region of India and served as a point person for all block team reporting (QPR, APR, Outcome assessment reports) for various projects. Project lead for maintenance of the Management Information System (MIS). Mobilized community for plantation of over 8500 plant samplings to promote agroforestry practices and 900 farmers to adopt vegetable cultivation through natural farming practices.  Collaborated with partners and governmental bodies, devised location-specific strategies, and supervised data digitization. Facilitated formation of Village Institutions like 61 Self Help Groups+, 18 Kisan Vikas Samitis. Worked on Capacity building of actors and gender inclusion.  Established Bio-Input & Organic Enterprise to produce Vermi Compost and Bio Pesticides to increase income of farmers by INR.30000/yr. Promoted High yield value crops such as Strawberry and Capsicum & Intensified Vegetable Cultivation to achieve extra monetary benefit of INR.350/acre/quintal

 Conducted need assessment survey of whole village and formed project plan for building of an EcoVillage as a role model for the sustainable development and capacity building. Formed Gram Sabha committee and four pillars of development as (i) water (ii) sustainable agriculture and forestry (iii) cultural & educational security and (iv) Responsible Ecotourism. Orchestrated in writing and directing the play on “Water conservation” and “organic farming” addressing the sustainable agricultural practices. Successfully received funding from YFI Sahyog-Fellow Project Support for a funding support of INR 1,00,000/- and INR 60,000/- as NGO contribution. Formed water committee and helped in installation of Drip Irrigation system for 22 farmers to stop migration by 14% and formed rules to reciprocate in the whole village. Led and supervised for the construction of six 12mx12m Miyawaki plots for additional fodder and a 40mx40m Medicinal Herbal Garden with 40 different plant species and 900 plants for nursery development and addressing the lack of health facilities. Developed website of the village and generated keto portal for the crowd funding. Carried out 3,400 trees plantation in common land and 150 fruit trees as border plantation. Designed a full tourism package with several activities like trekking, homestay, amusement park, etc which generated approx. INR 40,000 extra income Gram Sabha. Deployed several dustbins and carried out awareness program with waste management rules to segregate waste.
