-Developing and implementing corporate-wide Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures and standards that align with applicable laws and regulations.-Establishing and maintaining an effective HSE management system and ensuring its consistent application throughout the organization.-Coordinating the development of safety and environmental objectives and programs in conjunction with other corporate, divisional and operational objectives.-Investigating incidents, determining root cause and recommending corrective action.-Ensuring that all HSE training requirements are met and that programs are regularly reviewed and updated.-Performing regular safety and environmental audits/inspections throughout all company facilities.-Working with local, state and federal agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.-Developing, implementing and managing HSE compliance programs.-Managing the budget for the HSE department and monitoring spending.-Establishing and maintaining effective communication with employees, management and other stakeholders.-Assist in the development of emergency response plans.-Develop safety performance standards and evaluate the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations in meeting those standards.-Analyze data to identify and evaluate potential safety hazards and recommend corrective measures or action plans.-Maintain records of safety incidents and other related data.-Provide advice and guidance to management on matters relating to health and safety.-Prepare reports for management on safety and environmental performance.-Lead and direct the HSE teams, providing guidance, support, and resources.

-Implementation of operations HSE plans and procedures.-Monitoring and ensuring compliance with SWP (Safe Work Practices), such as PTW, Safe Isolation and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) such as Sampling, Loading and offloading, Positive Handover.-Assists in identifying opportunities to reduce costs while enhancing the quality of services for a client/account.-Preparing Project HSE Documents (HSE Plan, Waste Management Plan, Emergency Response Plan, Workers Influx Plan, Security Management Plan, Traffic Management Plan, Communication Plan, Pollution Prevention Plan, etc.) and getting approved from Engineer/Consultant/Client.-Reviewing Method Statements and Preparing Risk Assessment/JSA.-Review day to day activities to ensure implementation as per plans and procedures.-Develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), to prevent Company assets from loss or impact arising from HSE issues.-Conduct HSE management system audits, policies, and procedures to ensure fulfilment Project obligation to contract scope of work, project HSE Plans and programs.-Evaluate and monitor Employee HSE performance and ensure compliance to Project HSE policies HSE MS.-Initiate and participate in planning and implementing the risk management procedure and preparation of risk assessment registers and HRA.-Participating in planning and updating the environmental aspects register with accordance approved environmental compliance procedures.-Executive all HSE Audits and inspections with accordance to Project HSE requirements.-Enforce and monitor implementation of HSE management system.-Report all incidents and accidents including near misses.-Conducts in-house HSE training and establish suitable training programs for specific job positions on company HSE procedures.-Conduct and participate in camp health and hygiene inspections.-Prepare yearly, quarterly, monthly statistical, dashboard reports.-Provide the leadership & and support necessary to ensure efficient HSE&S Management.
