This was my 3rd experience in micro brewery .i have done my job perfectly being a restaurant manager. party taking, operation handling, guest satisfaction, reservation taking on calls, taking team briefing , menu planning, cost control etc was my primery duties.

I have joined this property as a pre opening team member. i worked here so hard and we came in to category restaurant with in 1 year. this was my 2nd bar and micro brewery experience, being a team captain there was so many responsibility on me like ..team handling, team briefing and training. responsibility of smooth operation with 100% guest satisfaction.

i have learn a lot about bar and club . after college 1st time this was time to learn about liquor .it was such a beautiful experience for me. i got good hike in position and i have received best employee of the month here too.

i have learn a lot after my ojt . i joined here as a steward and i have worked in Room service , banquet service, hotel chair man office service, i have received best employee of the month as well here.

after college i got selected directly on job training from college campus .this was my first hotel .i worked here 6 months in coffee shops , buffet pool side a la carte restuarant and in banquet too.
