• Undertake the management of Site Engineers.
• Demonstrates leadership by example, with integrity and openness.
• Within his/her area of responsibility, consistently demonstrates the ability to proactively identify potential project problems or opportunities, analyse the issues using all appropriate resources, develop.
• Responsible for the management of the allocated contingency (budget and time) within his/ her area of responsibility.
• Supports Project Manager in contract negotiations with Client and contractors as and when required.
