It Asset Configuration & Change Analyst
Current• Identify and monitor the end-to-end change lifespan, as well as process improvement opportunities.• Manage change requests on daily basis.• Identify and distribute required change permissions.• Conduct and verify post-implementation reviews.• Investigating issues that arise because of the change.• Reporting the modification to both internal and external managers.• Participate in internal and client end-to-end user groups to increase delivery and business process improvements in the future.• Ensure that operational teams use the IT service delivery toolset following quality requirements.• Strive to enhance the quality and efficacy of the change process on an ongoing basis.• Use the data from the support management solution to query, evaluate, and inform the quality control and exactness of the tools data against the actual outcome.• Provide support and analysis to maintain, audit and continually improve ITSM Asset and Configuration Management processes to assure coordinated multi-service provider, Asset and Configuration management processes including Asset management and configuration policies, managed service provider audit processes, configuration model maintenance process, CI control processes, and Asset Management processes.
