Job Responsibilities in TNT: • Financial and Non – financial KPIs such as Gross Margin, Sales growth, NPV, GMVA etc. reported from our end on monthly and quarterly basis.• Develop management tools to measure and analyze financial and operational information (e.g. financial ratios, key performance indicators, sales forecasting platform, integrated budget model, product pricing, and management reports).• Analyzed financial information (e.g. financial statements, financial ratios)• Develop and manage complex excel-based financial models.• Variance analysis on the basis of comparison between actual and forecast data being done for different reports.• Financial reports are prepared and presented on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis as per the requirement of the apex team.• Regional consolidation and signoff done from our end.• Extraction of Financial results and reports from SAP cubes like BPC, BCS and EDW, by using the different queries for different set data like Actual, Forecast and Trading Working Capital.• Management reports are reconciled and validated using Advance excels functionalities.• Master data load in SAP BPC tool for every region is done from our end.• Working on FACT (Forecast Accuracy and Category Reporting) tool for various categories of products and allocation of raw materials.• Preparing and analyzing monthly MIS reports and dashboards and presenting the same before apex management of the company.• Preparation and analysis of key financial statements like Income and Expense account, Balance Sheet, Revenue Sheet, Cost Sheet and Cash flow statement which depicts the health of organization as a whole.• Budgeting and Forecasting of various KPIs such as Revenue, Accrual, Debtors period, Direct and Indirect costs etc.
