So, whether you are an IT professional looking for a new challenge, an employer hunting for that perfect individual with niche skills, or looking for an entire team on a permanent or contract basis, Dabster is your partner of choice.Responsibilities:•Manage End-to-end recruitment for UK and European Clients.•Understanding European Client Requirements for various open positions.•Responsible for searching and recruiting candidates on various skill sets.•Taking telephonic interviews for UK and European candidates, screening the candidates, and submitting the profiles to the Client for further interview process. •Ensuring that the resume appropriately reflects the candidate's experience and requirements. •Negotiating salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the position.•Ensuring that adequate numbers of qualified candidates are submitted for all assigned client requirements on time.•Worked on multiple IT and Product-based clients like Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, HCL, Virtusa, Tessolve, etc.•Type for Hiring: Contract to Hire, B2b Contract, Full-time employment and Fixed term employment.•Domain: Telecom, Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, etc.
