Process Engineer
Current● Working in a live project as process engineer● To understand the project documents and making a total scope of work related to project.● Process design for Pre-treatment (DAF, Lamella, Filters, UF etc.), Reverse Osmosis system, Post treatment.● Process design for Sludge dewatering system including Filter Press centrifuge and Sludge thickener.● Preparation of Mass Balance, PFD, PID, HFD, discussion with clients, addition and deletion of comments received from client during Hazop.● UF and RO projection with Dow, Hydraunatics, Inge software and discussion with thesupplier forany major issues and sorting out the issues from process point of view.● Pressure drop calculation, Pumps Minimum Submergence, NPSHa calculation and pumps capacity calculation.● Prepare technical evaluation sheet for equipment’s related to the project including valves and interact with supplier and finalize the vendor.● Review and approval of supplier documents before leaving for manufactures.● Review technical specification of vendor data sheet and engineering specs, approval ofvendordocuments as per requirements of project by following client’s requirement.● Attended all technical meeting, design review meeting, preparing MOM, coordination with clients.● Preparing Equipment lists, Load list, Line list, Valve list, Instrument list, MTO list for valves etc.● Preparing data sheet and engineering specs for mechanical and static equipment's used in theproject and making RFQ for the vendor and promote all the documents in Enovia for furtherapproval from various departments.● Preparing Sequence of operation, Control Philosophy, O&M Manual and commissioning book for sea water desalination plant.
